HOLIDAY VOUCHER

The aim of our scheme is to give recognition to the fact that whilst you would still wish to come to our Parks on holiday, the nature of the current situation means you need longer term flexibility on changing the date of that holiday.

The rules of the scheme are as follows:

• The voucher will be to the full value of the payment due of the original booking.

• The voucher will be valid until 31st December 2021.

• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

• Any transferred booking will receive an upgrade to the next available level of accommodation, on a first come first served basis and therefore subject to availability.

• The voucher is not transferable to any third party only friends & family.

• If you move your holiday to date with a lesser value you will be issued a voucher for the remainder if the value is greater you will required to pay the balance.

• The voucher has no monetary value and must be used in accordance with the rules of the scheme.
