Coastdale Parks FAQ's for Owners & Customers

Is there anything I need to do before I visit the Park?

You will receive a communication from us asking you to complete the Covid Arrival Form, which is easy to complete and fulfils the requirements under the test and trace regulations.

What happens if my area is placed on lockdown before I am due to arrive?

If this happens you must contact the park immediately and we will move your holiday date free of charge. Clearly, you should not travel when you are instructed not to do so by the government.

What about checking in and arrival?

You will be contacted to make you aware of our safe check-in and arrival procedures. We are minimising contact to keep you as safe as we possibly can.

Will it be safe on the Park?

We have worked tirelessly with our trade organisation the BHHPA to gain the COVID-19 Safe Certification and when you arrive you will be aware of all the measures that we have instigated.

What facilities will be open?

We have taken advice from government to ensure that we can open facilities safely and to the current requirements. Swimming Pools and certain washroom facilities may not be open at the moment but this is being reviewed on an ongoing basis, depending on legislation.

Can I have visitors to the park?

You will need to observe the government guidance on social distancing and ‘social bubbles.’ We will have guidance and signage on park but you need to remember your personal responsibility in protecting your own safety and that of others.

If I am hiring a caravan from the park, will I know it is safe?

We have formulated a strict cleaning regime for all our holiday caravans and facilities, with extra disinfection, fogging machines and staff wearing full PPE – your safety and that of all our owners and staff is paramount to us.

Can I walk freely around the park and in the local area?

Yes of course! You have come to us to enjoy some quality time, either in your own holiday home or one of ours and all you need to do is be aware of safety by observing social distancing and following all the guidance.

Enjoy yourselves!

What if I become ill whilst I am on holiday?

You need to return home immediately and if you have symptoms of Coronavirus you need to call the NHS test and trace helpline.

And Finally……..

Our teams are on site to help you and ensure you enjoy your stay in the safest possible environment. All our staff will be visible and approachable and they are there to give you whatever assistance you may need.

This crisis has tested us all, but despite all the difficulties we want you to know that our sole aim is your enjoyment and safety.
